Unable to process Warranty Claim

I installed 4 brand new Continental Tyres at Ossies Tongaat, I have tried multiple times to get a warranty claim done on one of the tyres that has a bubble. Every time I have been there it seems that only the owner can do the claim, I tried BestDrive in Ballito and there also, the owner was not there to do the claim. Why become agents for big names like Continental Tyres and BestDrive if they cannot offer a satisfactory service. I am a single mother now driving around with no spare tyre. This is so frustrating.
