TYRES NEED REPLACEMENT BEFORE 30 000KMS USAGE??!

I will never again use or purchase Continental tyres! I bought my NEW Kia Rio in February 2015 and it was released with Continental tyres. It is three years later and my car has less than 30 000 kms on the Odometer, but ALL FOUR TYRES needs to be replaced due to the tread wear indicator (usage limit) is reached!! This is shocking seeing that I do not do racing with my car nor drive on dirt roads. I would have expected usage between 60 000 - 90 000 kms to be acceptable. Our local tyre fitment centre was not even surprised when I inquired about a quote for new tyres, apparently he has many customers with the same problem!! Super disappointed with the performance and I will NOT recommend Continental tyres to anyone.
