Tyres flaking

I drive a Ford Focus 2015 with +/-24 000 kms on the clock. It is fitted with continental conti contact tyres, the original tyres the vehicle came out with. I have an issue with my tyres on the front both flaking on the inside and the outside, to such an extent that they both need replacement. I took my vehicle to TWT for a report which they submitted to Continental. Their response was THAT MY VEHICLE IS OPERATED UNDER HARSH CONDITIONS. Well needless to say that it has never been on a dirt road, not even 500 m. Did the wheel alignment and was 100% and tyees are nit u der inflated. They still refuse to compensate me in any way, and I have to pay 2 new tyres. After consulting with a salesrep from another manufacturer, it was confirmed that is a soft compound therefor the flaking. Cotinental will still not take responsibility for it.
