Poor service for wheel alignment

I send my Car for wheel alignment on 30.05.2022 and what they did , they done without checking that the Problem are cv joints and damage that why the Car was loosing the stearing on the road they suppose to tell that I must change the Cv joints because they were damage and if I send the Car to them to check they check it before they do second wheel alignment then they say I must change cv joints then I done that after that they refuse to fix my Car the wheel alignment for their service is very very Poor.
