NO service. NO Answers

I bought 2 Conti vacuum cleaners from take allot model no csv 821.my first one broke in March i have tried to get into contact with take allot no sucses. The one I still have cant even suck my one carpet.I just know I still have warranty on this product and dont understand why Conti or takeallot does not come back to me.I tried now allot of times to mail and phone Conti nothing happens.The take allot order was ***1 was delivered 23 December.Please note to tell Conti that for me that live in a garage space that product dont do a vacuum cleaner justice i must still sweep everything.That why I bought my sick mum one she can barely hold a broom that vacuum was supposed to be the answer.
