JP Watson ********** 631 I bought a Ford Focus in June 2018 from William Hunt Port Elizabeth I recently had to repair a slow puncher and saw the state that the two front Tyres were in I went back to Williams Hunt and show them the state of the Tyres and a photo was taken and send to somebody and the were told that is because I did not rotate the Tyres only did just under 5000km and the tyres are shocked I then went back to Tiger Wheel & Tyre who did the puncher repair and they did not agree and phoned the Rep from Continental by the name of Brent cell ********** 021 he told me that it is lack of rotation and I explain to him that I only had the car for 5 months and then he rep**** that it does not matter what brand of tyres I put on Ford cars does that to tyres the way the cars turns Ford don’t agree and said that they never saw that yet in any Ford Range Mr Erasmus the sales Manager @ Williams Hunt was approached and the whole situation was explain to him he said that he must believe the Reps story and he does not know how long the car was driven before I bought it and that according to him the rotation should have been done now I ask you how would a client know that info I bought the car under the impression that the tyres were new and not used for nobody knows how long the car was driven with those tyres I don’t think it is fair that the client must fit the bill for this I did on Continental web page and Twitter acc send them letters and quarries they have not come back to me yet
