Hi i am Laurianne I bought 2 Conti vacuum cleaners from take allot

Hi i am Laurianne I bought 2 Conti vacuum cleaners from take allot. The order nr ***1 it came 23 December. The one burned out in Feb.allready.I send email to take allot they dont come back to me.Then I send Conti e-mail they dont come back to me there is a 12 month guarantee on it what should I do.The model is csv 821.And I must say its the worst vacuum cleaner ever no suction power.Is there any way you can assist please.
