FAULTY CONTINENTAL TYRE

I would like to commend Mr Mzi Gqamana, Technical customer service branch manager, Continental tyres, Airport Industria, Cape Town, for the excellent customer service I received from him on Wednesday, 24 March 2021.

I made an appointment with him to inspect a relatively new Continental tyre that showed unusual wear.

I want to compliment him on his friendly and professional approach to my "problem". The end result was that I returned home as a happy customer satisfied that my problem was professionally solved.
