DONT BUY CONTINENTAL TYRES

I purchased four new All Terrain Continental Tyres last week for my Toyota 4x4, and was assured that they were good all terrain tyres. I drove to Botswana and went off road and had two punctures through the side wall of one tyre. When I took the tyre to be fixed, I was shown what had caused the punctures, two tiny white thorns, I was then shown how THIN the side walls are, and was told that I had been sold the wrong tyres for off road (although Continental claims these to be ALL TERRAIN). I contacted Continental and was told to go and buy four new tyres and send the old tyres for evaluation, The attitude of the area manager was horrid, he was not prepared to help in any way..<br> DO NOT BUY CONTINENTAL TYRES FOR 4X4 VEHICLES. THEIR SERVICE STINKS.
