Disgusted

I recently expressed bad service at one of their best drive franchises with regards to a new motor being put into my vehicle. My company experienced the same problem at the same time with company bakkie by them. We eventually got the regional manager involved to try get things sorted out and the branch held liable for their mistakes and mess up. All I can say I will never support a best drive Centre again and I most definitely will not suggest continental tyre's as a brand to anyone. If they do not care about holding their franchise centre's liable for mistakes, costing customers extra money and running away from responsibility then they not a brand to be supported.
