Continental tyres useless.

I purchased 4 brand new continental tyres from Mintys, after a month 2 of the tyres had bubbles. I went back to Mintys and they put in a claim with Continental Tyres SA and was told an assessor will call me to arrange for an assessment on the tyres. I did not hear anything since the 13th Feb when the claim was submitted. Today 20th Feb i went back to Mintys to follow up on my claim and i received a tyre examination report stating that an inspection was done and it revealed a fracture on the tyre's casing. Who did the inspection because my car was parked the whole week, no one from Mintys or Continental called me to arrange for an assessment. What is that report based on and you simply reject the claim like. What pathetic service is that? Day light ******* from continental, after 10 good years of buying continental tyres this is their way of thanking me for choosing their brand. They do asses*****ts in their imagination for a car that barely drove between January and now because i was hospitalised and come and tell me of impact damage, what impact? I am beyond disappointed, i will never used them again!!!
