Continental tyres not up to standard

So i purchased a full set of conti's which is still under guarantee i bought them from the best drive in tongaat so recently i had a puncture and took my car to the best drive in verulam the guy there said he is unable to fix the tyre as it is a factory fault and i need to go back to the place i bought it from so i called the tongaat branch and spoke to a guy named imtiaz he told me to bring in the tyre so i did when i he saw the tyre he said he cannot give me a new tyre and he repaired the old one and gave it back to me which is now in my boot i have receipts of purchase and he says it is because i didnt register that he cannot replace the tyre i did try and register but the system kept kicking me out i reffered a few people to best drive in tongaat and they also failed to register so to me this seems like a shady sales deal so guys beware before buying these tyres they are faulty and after your purchase no1 is willing to help poor service when you have a problem i wouldn't recommend best drive tongaat neither the conti brand waste of money and time
