Continental Tyre treads

Continental Tyre South Africa are selling tyre treads, I bought 4 tyres at Tyger Wheel in Midrand, in less than 6 months one trye had a big cut and they refusing to replace it coz they claiming that their products resist most unknown road hazards, I believe they expensive for nothing, I have been their client for full 9 years but this is how they treat me. I'm very disappointed and will never recommend them. They just expensive and provide tyres and no good quality. We go for expensive products trust they good quality.
