Continental Dealership Not Customer Orientated

The continental tyre dealership in Meyerville, Standerton sold me a second hand tyre while I wait for my tyre insurance to sort their stuff. It cost me R750.00 The tyre drove 10km and then blow out on a patch they app**** in their shop.

When I asked for another second hand replacement with no patches and punctures, Sabeel the owner wanted to charge me for it.
