Continental bad batch on New Bakkie

I bought a new ford Ranger March 2023. 5000km the wall off one off the tyres cracked i let the dealer know. The accessor from Continental asked for photos from the dealer. The response per letter said i hit a pothole. Not true no marks on the tyres. 36000km another side wall i replaced the tyre. 40000km again a crack on the wall. Clearly this is a bad batch.
