Bad Service

I fitted 4 brand new tyres at bluff tyres in pinetown when I drove out the tyres were bouncing it felt like i had put 2nd hand tyres. When I complained they told me that they have to talk to their managers I waited for 2 days to get back to me eventually they got back to me. They replaced the tyres but I was told I have to pay for fitting and balancing. It was not a fault of mine so why did I have to pay for the fitting and balancing. Really disappointed with service I received
