Bad Quality Product
End of August last year I replaced all 4 tyres at Tyger Wheel and Tyre Fourways. This was the first time I had to replace my tyres after 61 000km. At around 77 000km I had another problem on my car and not finding anything else wrong they suggested a wheel alignment. When getting my car back we noticed that the two front tyres were badly worn, I know the answer is going to be that I should have rotated my tyres at 10 000km, but I really feel that this is just a way of hiding the fact that I was sold a bad product. 16 000 km do not even come close to the 61 000km I was able to get from my previous set of tyres.
If I pay this much for a product I want to know that it will last, there are people complaining not getting 30 000 km out of their tyres, if they are unhappy, how am I supposed to feel after only 16 000km?
