Bad quality- No assistance at all

I bought a brand new car at VW Barons Bellville with brand new Continental tyres 250/16 that only lasted less than 4 months. Tyres are developing bubbles on the side walls and inspector from Continental tyres says it’s impact damage. I have never hit a side pave or drove into any potholes. Tyres are bad quality and VW refuses to replace them for me. Tyre brand has also been discontinued due to factory faults as per other inspector from Good Hope tyres. VW and Continental are blaming me for Tyres wearing out quickly despite that I’ve had them for less than 4 months.
