wrongly placed under debt review

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am adult female. Had my clothing accounts for many years. I requested ONLY outstanding balances for I wanted to settle my debts. My friend is a debt counsellor. We only requested balances. I paid my full outstanding balance with truworths and fashion express. They assumed I am under debt review which I am NOT! Never even app****. I lost my accounts after paid up! Accounts are closed. That's unfair. I am not under debt review and never app**** for debtvreview. Why am I treated like this? </p>
