Wrong balances
Good day I have been under debt review from 2015 March My term should have ended in March 2021 In 2015 my balance on Edgars was 5800 now 5 years later is 4100 Consumer friend say they were handed the account at 4500 What happened to all my money i paid since 2015

We refer to your Edgars account and confirm that our offices only started administering your account since 13.08.2020; with a capital balance referred to us in the amount of R4526.91. The total amount in payments received thereafter until now was for the amount of R395.45, leaving a current balance of R4131.46 calculated at 0.00% interest.
Unfortunately we did not administer your account since March 2015, however we will refer to head office in the pursuit of statements from inception to investigate the account and revert soonest with our feedback to yourself.
