worst service ever!!!!

I have never in my life received service as bad as the service that I have received at consumer friend and Easton Berry. They are quick to want payments and change way to much interest on top of that but are slow when they have to issue me with a paid up letter. I've been waiting 5weeks now for my letter, all they keep saying is admin is still busy with the letter. So it takes 5 weeks to type a letter?
