Worst debt Agency i've ever encountered - CONSUMER FRIEND
I was signed up for the process even though i was not overindebted. Upon confirmation of non-over indebtedness i reached out to the consumer friend team to have a clearance certificate raised and the relevant comms sent out to credit bureaus(Transunion). 8 Months in and consumer friend have not sent out the confirmation which has left me flagged under debt review unnecessarily. The impact on my credit record is astronomical. Email after email with no response. I am absolutely disgusted by the service provided by this team.
