Worse experience ever On the 28/01/25 made 2 payments on identity account, called an asked them to relocate the 1 payment on my Truworths account, even after 3 weeks of making the payment they say they haven't received nothing, every time I check my balance on thier portal interest is added everyday on my account, Im so frustrated
