Where is my refund?
Good day, I settled my account but my last premium wasn't calculated into my settlement figure. I am still waiting for a refund. The consultant I'm dealing with advised me on the 17th September that my refund query has been sent through to management. I have sent e-mails but just get ignored. When can I expect my refund? This is really getting ridiculous.
