Bunch of idiots, can't even contact Rcs to see that my account is paid up. After numerous calls, still no resolve

Please note your account is active with our offices for administration within the debt review process on behalf of RCS.
Kindly be advised once an account is placed under debt review, store balances become null and void as our client places a hold on the interest on their system.
The reason RCS places a hold on the interest on their system is to allow our office to administer the account and apply the interest in accordance to the debt review process.
Our system currently reflects your account as outstanding with an interest rate of 14.60% app**** as per Granted Order dated 10.11.2022.
