Unable to get updated statements

I have been struggling to get any straight forward answers from CF since October 2014. I have been under debt review since 2010. When requesting balances from my creditors last year I was informed by CF that my account defaulted due to non payment and that the court order was no longer valid. DC forwarded proof of monthly pmnts by pda. Consumer friend not allocating funds nor assisting with ANY feedback to me or my dc. This account must be paid up if all the allocations are done, but for now they are still receiving the monthly payments without allocating. Where are the money going?? I want this sorted out and asap.
