Tina Reddy an exceptional employee. I had a serious issue with overpayment on my Edgars account. She helped guide the process and handled the matter with patience, understanding, and diligence. She has a quiet presence about her that is calming. Especially helpful with distraught customers. I knew she could help pull my issue through.
