They just dont care at all
<p>i have been in contact with Melissa Pillay from May 2016 to make sure that i get updated balance on my account but she ended up not responding to my emails i then contacted their call centre and spoke to Nokwazi Ngcobo who also gave me my balance but said she was not sure of the balance she will call their head office and give me updated balance, it has been 2 weeks now and she also started not responding to my emails. when i try to contact their call centre no one answers were their reception say the call centre is available. i just want to pay off my debt can someone please help me with my latest balance please, also what is on your system is also not updated as i have been paying all my accounts every month i even sent Nokwazi the proof of payments. can someone please help</p>
It is really sad that no one has contacted me since this complain, i even called and spoke to their supervisor who also advised that she will call me which she didnt. please tell me what i need to do to get assistance from this company? im sure people are getting paid to do this Job is not like you doing a favor to us. im just out of words that such service is tolerated in this company.
