My review is of a positive nature based on the pleasant and professional service that I have received from Consumer Credit consultant, Mr Siyabonga Mseleku during a telephonic enquiry, the gentleman has amazing telephone etiquettes, clear understanding of customer service and very courteous. During the conversation, the gentleman experienced a telephone glitch and the line cut off, at the centre of things he called back and finalised the conversation iro my enquiry. The manner of approach and his nurtured customer service just made my day and worth to share with all.
