Thank you Consumer Friend!

I need to start off by saying, I don't think Consumer friend "had" to help with a dispute I was having with another company they deal with, however, their name did get pulled into it and they went out of their way to help me resolve the dispute, kept me updated and informed every step of the way until finally, I got the desired result. I thank you for your assistance, if not for you I would still be fighting a losing battle, you made a difference and in my books, that is a job well done.
