Stuggling to get banking details for payment
Its been exactly one month today that i contacted these people as they are reflecting on my credit report i understand i owe them R1637 but when wanting to pay them they tell me i should call the credit provider due to my acc not being with them anymore. i keep on asking who the credit provider is but nothing!! poor customer service if you ask me.
