Struggling for Months to get overpaid money back

I have sent statements from the NPDA showing payments to the value of R 17 782.56 for dept totalling R 4149.06<br> <br> Consumer Friend AKA Easton Berry has paid me R 2283.70, R 2498.45 and R R1550.31 so far.<br> <br> Everytime I have to send numerous emails and try to get the balance paid back. <br> I am still owed R 7301.04 <br> <br> I have sent all this information to numerous people multiple times, and I'm still waiting for the balance to be paid back.<br> <br> The urgency to get money paid to them by far exceeds the urgency to refund money overpaid.
