Still waiting for refund from Consumer Friend

I have been waiting for a refund from Consumer Friend since January 2023. The only response I get is that refunds may take up to 60 days to process. I have sent all the necessary documents to Consumer Friend to do the reconciliation.

Such poor service!

Please note due to the reconciliation required on the account, the time frame for the refund is longer than expected.
We will investigate further and provide you with a resolve soon.

Kindly be advised a follow-up has now been escalated to head office for a progress update.

Please note as per feedback supp**** on 16.05.2023 via email, we have received the funds from head office to proceed.
We advise our internal refund team are in the process of paying out your refund.

I have escalated a progress inquiry in this regard and will provide feedback shortly.
