Statement/confirmation of debt settlement Letter

Morning<br> <br> I have a Foschini account that I believe is now settled, all I asked for was either a confirmation of debt settlement letter or statement showing the amount that I still owe so I may settle.<br> <br> I sent an email on 21/07/2015, and a follow up 2 days later, however up to now I have not received anything.<br> <br> My worry is that further distribution will be made to them by the NPDA as no letter has been received, and I know how difficult it is to get a refund for an overpayment, had to wait for more than 4 months before Capitec could process one.<br> <br> Hopefully I will be assisted on this matter.<br> <br> Thank you<br> <br>
