Statement

After almost a month delay in sending the requested information (original mail sent on 4 March 2015) - I finally got a reply and supposed statement for my Sanlam loan today. <br> <br> Only to discover that it is for someone else's RCS loan account. <br> <br> I am horrified that I was sent someone else's statement. So much for confidentiality, professionalism and privacy.<br> <br> I want my statement TODAY and I WILL be reporting your company to the NCR for unprofessional conduct. <br> <br> I also want assurances that my statement was NOT sent out to the incorrect person and that my PERSONAL information is still PRIVATE.
