Re quest to have delete my information in this companies records as they do not have my consent.

Consumer friend has may information in their records. However I have never given my information or consent to them to have my information. Therefore they are in breach of the popi act. Further I have E-mail proof where I'm asked for my banking details and they also say they want to refund me. Surprising is that I have never made a payment to consumer friend. How I end up with a credit in their books that is surprising.
