Poor Customer service
I have called them numerous times requesting that they send me paid up letter for my Truworths(***) account that was paid up 3 years ago while under debt review. After calling your call centre couple of times still i haven't got my letter. We trying to fix our lives here, the least you can do is help us in the process. All i hear from you is it will be sent in a short while. You have poor customer service and you don't care about people.
