PATHETIC SERVICE! paid up 2015 still listed

<p>please correct your records immeditely, I received paid up letter dated october 2015, I recently check my ITC profile and to my horror the Foschini account is still listed as under debt review with an outstanding balance HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE????????? coutless emails and calls and still not fixed.</p> <p>Please fix your system incompetence immediately and contact me to confirm that this is done!!</p>
