Pathetic service once again from Consumer Friend

<p>Every time I request a settlement qoute from Consumber Friend, I have to beg them for some kind of service, but they simply dont care, You can see your e-mail has been read but as usal nobody bothers to respond. What do you have to do to get service from these people?</p>
