Pathetic service

I have been trying to get settlement letters for four different accounts from this company. I have spent 45 minutes per call on the phone, just to be cut off. Every other creditor I have called, has immediately mailed me the requested letters. It is not acceptable that I have to keep on phoning or emailing, just because I actually want to settle debt. I would think getting money that is owed would be a first priority. Pathetic service!!
