Paid up letters

I have been calling to obtain paid up letters but I'm not getting any assistance. it's so sad that when we are trying to get assistance we are sent from pillar to post, I hop I will be assisted with paid up letters for Edgars, Foschini, Spitz, Identity.

I wish all paid up letters I had accounts with could be provided. The name is consumer friend but the consultants there are not friendly at all. there's no willingness to assist.
