Paid up letter

I was having foschin account which is on consumer fried I have paid it up on 14-09-2023 The amount of R3625.35... in foschin store .. but when I check my profile on their website it says I have an outstanding amount of R417.82 . In which I don't know about it ... even on my credit reports it shows that account is paid up .. and I need paid up letter
