Once again, pathetic service

I have been struggling to get the paid up letters for the three of my four creditors that is being handled by Consumer Friend. I have sent emails, made phone calls - that is after holding for 20-30 minutes at a time - to request the paid up letters. I emailed and phoned on 4, 10, 29 March and 1 April requesting these. Every time I am told 3-5 working days?? Well 3-5 working days have come and gone, MANY MANY TIMES OVER... and I am still waiting for 3 of the 4 paid up letters. What saddens me is that nobody had to struggle to get money from me, you would think as a client that paid a lot of money immediately, it would be a breeze to get paid up letters. Apparently not. So, I have to stand with my previous report, PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE!
