No Woolworths settlement letters for over a month

I've settled both our Woolworths Credit Cards in the beginning of February 2015 and made numerous calls and sent emails to obtain the settlement letters.<br> <br> It seems that Woolworths/ConsumerFriend is not willing to give these settlement letters for some reason. I've paid my dues, now give me my letters!<br> <br> I will never open accounts with Woolworths ever again as they are not very accommodating when under debt review nor willing to assist the indebted consumer.
