NO STATEMENTS

I'm under debt review for the past four years. I do get statements from other companies but not from consumer friend. I called company that i owe and they told me that my account was handed over to Samdale trading. i've been trying to call them since yesterday and all i get is a machine that keeps saying the call is important as soon as consultant is free my call will be answererd. Yesterday i holded for 20 mins and today for 10 min until i hang up. All i want is the statements for my foschini and sanlam loan account because i want to pay off the accounts so i wanted to know which account number to use when paying and the statements also
