More sharks in the big business tan****!!!

Today is 14 days from my first enquiry regarding a reinburstment on my acc and now i have to wait another week. This is unacceptable. I am now at my end. Your compony has failed to respond in a timely matter. how much do you think all my phone calls has cost me todate. Promises of call backs that never happen..... sending over 6 emails and just getting exuses. This is un-exceptable, We the consumer are permenently bombarded with threats when we dont pay but when you need to pay we get strunged along. This is the end of that nonsens!!! I want awnsers and my money!!!! if i could i would give you a no star rating!!!!
