I am with Debt Buster under Debt Review yet somehow Makro decided to decline them. As a result I have had to pay Consumer Friend directly for over the last year. Not hearing a single peep from them or ever getting a statement - I assumed all was well. Well what a sh*t show!!!!!
Requested a statement from them and out of the 13 payments I have already made only 6 is allocated on the statement. Also, help me if I am wrong but doesn’t debt review mean no more interest on an account? Nope, not here now I have a sky high account!
Your company is the prime example of ‘kicking someone when they are down’. South Africans struggling out here and what do you do, pocket their monthly debit orders? Cause I sure as h*ll would like to know where my other debit orders went.
