Interest Rate on Debt Administered Accounts

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been battling for a while to get any help from Consumer Friend regarding the interest rates on my debt administered accounts. If I phone their office lines I am continuously transferred to the next person until I eventually put down the phone once the 6th person tells me they are transferring me again.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I need is for the interest rate to be changed on the account as per the proposed summary which was agreed to by the accounts department when sent through & for the interest that has been wrongully charged to be corrected & credited. This needs to be done URGENTLY as even though I am making a monthly payment, the interest & fees being charged are much much more, leaving me in more debt!!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE ASSIST ME!!</p>
