ignorance and not reaponding to my concerns....also providing bad services

im currently experiencing the worst service from this company ever since i requested a cancellation letter from them, all my accounts are currently blocked because consumer friend refuses to unblock my accoubts from their systems which then causes me to not be able to make purchases with the account but only make payments .ive been trying to resolve this problem and all consumer friend does is hang up when i make phone calls to them.consumer friend sent me a cancellation letter which seems to be invalid because they still dont want to remove me off their system and unblock my accounts.
