I would like to take commend Ms H Ntuli of consumer friend for her outstanding efficient service. She helped me resolve an issue of a debt review flag that has been going on for over three months. She took over my query and in less than 4 hours it was resolved. Her professionalism is hard to come by. She took time to understand my problem. Consumer friend diligently resolved my issue.
